Business Women Events is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales department. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential leads through various channels

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospects to generate interest in our products and services

• Qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining their fit for our offerings

• Collaborate with the Sales team to schedule meetings and demos with qualified prospects

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and customer interactions in our CRM system

• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position our solutions

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools

• Highly organized with great attention to detail

• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets
